Each of us has an individual taste when it comes to food. We have developed our taste palate based on our upbringing, our environment, our lifestyle and our personal likings. The reason why this program is successful is because it teaches you the balance in nutrition and at the same time it remains personalized to better suit you according to your goal. A sustainable way of eating cannot be achieved by following other peoples’ diets or quick fixes that end up in temporary progress. If it doesn’t fit your lifestyle, there is smaller possibility of long term success.

How does it work though?

  • We start with a Body Composition Analysis. A scale that measures not only your weight but also your skeletal muscle mass, your visceral fat and your subcutaneous fat. It provides an overview of your body composition and overall fitness. This is your benchmark, your starting point. According your goal I will guide you to set up your next steps.
  • The next step is to track your food by writing everything down so you can get confronted with your choices. When we go through the nutrition facts based on your tracking, it becomes more clear to define what kind of changes you should make to accomplish your goals.
  • You will be provided with guidelines according to your caloric and macronutrients intake and we will take it step by step with weekly meetings where we will discuss the deeper reasons for your choices and eating behaviour. You will get familiar with the macronutrients of food and you will become equipped to make good choices- even at dinner parties with your friends!
  • Further in time you will see yourself establishing new routines and those routines can follow you in the long term.
  • After a respectable amount of time, depending the changes in your body, you have the opportunity to do the measurement again so you can see the progress and set up new goals.

 

This is not a quick fix! This is about you making deep changes in your life that will nourish yourself and keep you healthy. During this process you will see that the desired body composition and the number in the scale will come naturally as a consequence of your own choices !

My purpose as a fitness coach is to help you find your drive and guide you on this journey towards accomplishing your goals and discovering the best/stronger version of yourself. Me.

My name is Stefania Nalmpanti and this is my story.

I was born in Athens and when I was 17 years old my career as a professional waterpolo goalkeeper started. I played for more than 10 years in various first league teams in Greece, the Netherlands and Hungary. My love for the science of movement also grew during my academic studies in Physical Education and Sports Science.

My personal struggle in nutrition and the encouragement from CrossfitLeiden gave me the push that I needed to obtain my Certification as Nutrition Coach. Since then I combine my skills and my energy to empower the ones that really want to thrive in their lives!

My services in training and nutrition are based on my clients’ needs. My first priority is to create a truthful connection and  create a plan that works the best for you!
